Went here to pick up my new Tesla. The customer service at the front was open and answered all my questions. She also help process my order delivery. So that was awesome. They don't have too many advisors on the spot so I was told to wait awhile. Sorry it was wasting my time. The service center was very helpful when I purchased my mobile home charger. Overall the experience was not bad at all.

Recently traded in our vehicle for a Tesla. There is seating for customers and public restrooms. The waiting area is worn down and few seats are available. The place is not the cleanest either. Parking is tight as well. If you bring your family be sure they have something to entertain themselves. We picked up our vehicle and Tony was great. He was upbeat and polite. The wait was a WHILE, but it is a busy dealership. We are still awaiting our paperwork and getting a hold of someone has been difficult over the phone. Hope to get it resolved quickly.

Disappointing Experience with Tesla Model 3 Performance Delivery and Service/ I recently purchased a Tesla Model 3 Performance for $53,000, expecting high-quality service and product standards. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. Upon picking up my Tesla, the pickup was scheduled in the evening during a rainy day - too dark to inspect properly - and the location was over 2 hours away, leading me to exceed the 100-mile limit when I reached home. I had explicitly requested that Tesla not wash the car before my arrival, a request they denied, insisting on washing it. Upon closer inspection at home, I discovered significant cosmetic flaws: the driver's door was misaligned, protruding awkwardly, paint chips around the trunk, and scratches all over the car. A Tesla service technician visited my home to fix the door issue and was surprised that the car was considered within specification. He scheduled an appointment for me to have the paint scratches fixed, acknowledging that Tesla should address these issues. He also scheduled a separate appointment to have the paint chips fixed around the trunk. However, my follow-up communication with Tesla through their service app was disheartening. Contrary to what the technician assured; they now refuse to repair the paint defects. This entire ordeal reflects poorly on Tesla's commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality. It's incredibly frustrating to receive conflicting information from different representatives, especially when I had taken steps to prevent such issues. For a car of this value, the level of service and the quality of the product I received are unacceptable. The car's paint condition was notably poor, riddled with defects and scratches - something I have never encountered with any other new car purchase.

Terrible experience with service department. I was scheduled to have my Tesla Y in for service at 11:30am. I arrived on time and used the app as the recommended communication platform. I went across the street to eat lunch and assumed my car would be ready around 1:00 or 2:00 since I was only having the tires rotated and a wheel alignment done. I checked in with Tesla (and the app said that it was working on things) and the guy said that usually this take 3-4 hours to do. I informed him that I had things to do. They gave me a loaner car which I used to run errands. The Tesla app said my car should be done at 3:45pm so I drove there for the appointment. I checked in with the service desk again and they said they would look into things. To make a longer story short I did not get my car back until 7:00pm! Note that they close at 6:00pm. Also I had a yellow indicator saying there was something wrong with my Tesla jump drive that I had just purchased. My wife loves her Tesla car, but dealing with them for service is a terrible experience and I have had other issues as well. Dealing with the phone app is terrible as there seems to be a complete lack of communication between the service desk, the shop and whomever deals with the app. As a final point the app said that I could rate a review of my experience after 24 hours. I tried to do that (less than 48 hours since drop off) and the option to give a review is not there. Really really feel like Tesla just wants to sell you a car but is oblivious about maintaining a relationship with their customers.

I bought my first Tesla here and went for servicing a week later as part of 24hr inspection policy. They are busy so expect to wait even when you go to pick up your vehicle. I picked up my MY on a rainy day so it wasn't very easy to inspect the vehicle prior to pickup but they give you 24hr/100mile warranty to schedule servicing after pickup. I found some minor cosmetic issues for which I scheduled an appointment. On the service appointment, they were able to fix the issues in less than an hr and I was out. Overall I had a good experience.

I came here this past Friday to pick up my new Model Y Performance! First time Tesla owner! I was a little surprise on how small this center is. I arrived at 11:30 am and it was quite busy in there. I counted three employees but only one advisor helping a line of people with their new deliveries. Still, the advisor took the time to come out and check out a minor imperfection in my vehicle. From reading some reviews, it seems like servicing your Tesla here is a nightmare. I guess we’ll see what happens in the future. For now, great customer service and kudos to the gentleman (forgot his name 😅) for being professional!

Had an awesome experience at Tesla, all thanks to Daniel Dumitru and Hedra Massoud! Daniel was the first person I talked to about setting up a demo drive. He was super friendly and knew everything there was to know about the cars. Answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. We kinda goofed and missed our first appointment, but Daniel didn't miss a beat. He got back to us, rescheduled without any hassle, and made sure we didn’t miss out. Although he couldn’t be there in person on the day, he made sure we were taken care of by introducing us to Hedra. Hedra was just as cool and helpful as Daniel. He walked us through everything, answered even more of our questions, and made sure we were 100% ready and excited for the demo drive. He was super patient, letting us take our time checking out the demo cars inside before we even got behind the wheel. The vibe from both Daniel and Hedra was just amazing. They made the whole visit to Tesla feel like we were just hanging out with friends who happen to know a ton about awesome cars. Big shoutout to them for making our Tesla experience unforgettable.
